Sausage & Egg Breakfast Wrap

2 links Sheboygan Bratwurst pork sausage
3 medium eggs
150g cheddar cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
3 pieces flour tortillas (or any tortilla of you choice)
Heat non-stick skillet on low-medium heat. Squeeze sausages into non-stick skillet. Cook sausage until full cooked, about 3-5 minutes.
Turn to low heat. Crack in eggs into the same skillet. Stir eggs constantly and cook until lightly firmed up.
Transfer eggs and sausages onto a clean plate. Prepare cheese and tortillas.
Divide sausages and eggs among 3 tortillas. Top with cheese. Fold tortillas into shape as you prefer.
Heat non-stick skillet on low heat. Return tortillas into the skillet and grill until lightly charred.
Remove tortillas from skillet. Serve hot.
