This results in a lingering natural fruitiness and sweetness, yet so savory and packed of flavour, resulting in pork chop that is really special. Drip on with our special tangy Cider sauce, and sprinkle on top with walnuts and cranberries, this combination sure gives layers of texture and flavour that you need for a perfect celebration treat.

Cooking it is simple. All you have to do is remove the chop from packaging, sear them on a skillet for 3-4 minutes per side with some butter, olive oil and fresh thyme. Serve the sauce in a separate bowl. Enjoy with walnuts and cranberries.
