Spicy Barbeque Pork Ribs – A specially designed and prepared meal kit you can cook under 40min, all you need is an oven. Our uniquely prepared pork ribs is designed to be cooked easily, in one pan, under 40 minutes alongside our special Spicy Barbeque Sauce.

The pork ribs come dry-rubbed with our special pork dry rub and vacuum sealed in Sous Vide pouch. Keep the whole ribs in the Sous Vide pack, all you need to do is just dip the whole packaging into the pot and boil, then open up the packaging, remove the ribs, brush and bake it in the oven, flip and repeat. Everything is done under 40min.

Made with tomato, chili, onion, whiskey, hot sauce, and many more aromatics, spices and herbs – While it’s not overly spicy, our special Spicy Barbeque sauce makes an incredible meal kit for all your family occasions and celebrations.

Sharing is simple. You just have to cut between the bones to split the portions and every guest gets just the right portion size.

Just like all our products, this BBQ Pork Ribs does not contain any preservatives.

  • 1pc x ±500g pork ribs in Sous Vide pouch
    *Ribs to be boiled in Sous Vide pouch in boiling water
  • 1 box x Spicy Barbeque Sauce

You will need to prepare:

  • 1 x Large Stock Pot (To boil the ribs)
  • 1 x Drinking Water (To boil the pork ribs, prepare enough so pork ribs pack can be fully submerged)
  • 1 x Timer (use app from mobile phone)
  • 1 x small bowl (To keep the juice)
  • 1 x Silicone Brush (To brush on sauces)
  • 1 x Baking Sheet Pan
  • Oven

How to Cook the Perfect BBQ Ribs

  1. Boil the Ribs: Start by boiling the ribs in a bowl of boiling water.
  2. Dry in the Oven: Move the ribs into the oven to dry them out.
  3. First Sauce Application: Remove the ribs from the oven and brush them with half of the provided BBQ sauce.
  4. Return to Oven: Place the ribs back into the oven.
  5. Flip and Sauce Again: Remove the ribs from the oven, flip them over, and brush with the remaining BBQ sauce.
  6. Final Bake: Replace the ribs into the oven to finish cooking.

Q: How should I defrost the pork ribs?
A: Place the pork ribs and sauce box in the fridge compartment to defrost overnight. Alternatively, submerge the pork ribs pack in a bowl of water 30 minutes before cook. Do not open the ribs pack while defrosting.

Q: What temperature should I use to preheat the oven?
A: Preheat your oven to 200°C with a fan or 220°C without a fan. Adjust the baking rack to the top position, keeping at least 1.5 inches of distance from the heating coil.

Q: How do I boil the ribs before grilling?
A: Fill a stock pot with water and bring it to a gentle simmer at around 93-95°C. Submerge the whole ribs pack (without opening) in the hot water and cook for 20 minutes, or until the meat pulls slightly away from the bones.

Q: How do I dry the ribs in the oven?
A: Place the ribs meaty side up on a lined baking sheet, brush with meat juice, and bake for 5 minutes. Flip the ribs, brush again with meat juice, and bake for another 5 minutes.

Q: How do I apply the BBQ sauce to the ribs?
A: With the bonier side up, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are nicely browned. Flip the ribs, brush the meaty side with BBQ sauce, and bake for another 10-12 minutes.

Q: How long should I let the ribs rest before serving?
A: Let the ribs rest for at least 5 minutes after removing them from the oven. When ready to serve, cut between the bones into individual portions.

Love the meat seasoning, however I didn’t follow cooking instructions, did slow bake in oven covered with foil for 1.5hrs and top off for another 30mins and grill 15 mins , served with mash and some pasta
